Virtual Smarterra Vr3
Over the past two years, my hands have been through several virtual reality helmets. I even made a little comparative test recently. This is a good subject, because it is actually quite easy to compare them: with the exception of Samsung Gear VR, all other models presented on the market do not contain electronics and therefore only hull and lens.
Anyway, the reference article now has no relevance and, in my view, it may be useful for those who are going to buy the VR-Shalm just to imagine what parameters should be taken into account. But it is not exhaustive, at least because not all models are considered. In particular, I was unable to study the Smarterra VR. And now this helmet was in my hands and I decided to close the gap.
Let's start with the price. Most Smarterra VR stores have about 4,000 roubles. Some 3,500 roubles are priced in several locations, but there is no helmet (the list of trade networks is available on the producer ' s website). Apparently, it's past shipments, and new shipments are getting more expensive.
Anyway, running ahead, I'll say that 4,000 rubles are a perfectly normal price for this product.
It's 1,000 cheaper than the Homido helmet, which I recommended in the previous test, and almost twice the price of Fibrum, the most famous product in Russia.
Smarterra VR is sold in a medium-sized box.
Inside is a helmet, a Russian leaflet, a small jawstick, a USB cable, Micro-USB, and a bag in which I found a helmet cleaner and a few tickers that are designed to record a smartphone more accurately in the holder (when he doesn't move to the left right).
Well, a very good set, though different from what I saw at Homido's helmet. The most interesting thing is...
