Microsoft will launch the shipment of virtual reality helmets released by its partners based on Windows Holographic operating system in March. According to PCWorld, with reference to the Senior Programme Manager, Vlad Kolesnikov, the first will be engineers, designers and programmers who will be able to start the development and maintenance of the Golographic applications in advance.

The VR-Shlem samples, said the Kolsnikov, would be born at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) to be held from 27 February to 3 March in San Francisco. Microsoft itself does not plan to release devices. The company ' s partners, including HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer and 3Glasses, will start producing and selling them later this year.

Windows-harnitural will work similar to HoloLens glasses, allowing owners to interact with the 3D items on real world objects. Put on a helmet, users can watch films, communicate in Skype, play games, give orders to Cortana's assistant and start apps.

The VR-Shlem line with Windows Holographic performance was presented at the end of October. There's not much to know about the devices themselves. The company said that the VR-slems, unlike HTC Vive and Oculus Rift, would not require external cameras or laser systems, as trackers are hidden in the hull.

However, unlike HoloLens, the Windows machines are not entirely autonomous: they must be connected to a computer that has all the calculations on its shoulders. However, as the IT version of The Verge, the VR-Garnit Microsoft is very unrequisited to "geles." The gadgets will be sold at $299.
